		<description>Very true, I get the same question on whats the difference. My thoughts are they are both trances and learning states, both very powerful for different reasons. I also think the Hypnosis is a way where the conscious mind can wonder off whilst a hypnotherapist talks to the unconscious mind (unless its self hypnosis) and Meditation is more of a focused awareness. Just my thoughts. Great post.

		<description>You are so right about doing squat jumps. What can even be better a lot of the time is to jump up to a step and then back down. Or you can even do horizontal jumps which can really help too. 

Very effective. Also women should not be afraid to do things like real weighted squats and lunges. But nice little post with some good exercises.</description>

		<description>The point is being confused in many ways. Agreed and correctly stated, yoga is not &quot;a&quot; religion. It is factually noted as a &quot;Hindu discipline.&quot; Mass, Baptism, Communion, etc. are not &quot;a&quot; religion, but undeniably disciplines of a specific religion...not to be confused with generalities like prayer, swimming class or a wine tasting party. The various yogas (Karma Yoga, Bhakti Y, Hatha Y[not to be confused w/ exercise], Japa Y, etc.) are the religious/spiritual practices/disciplines to yog/yuj/yoga [relink/religion/religio] the Atmana (individual soul) to Brahman (soul source)...basic Hindu tenet. So, when one ethically practices the yogas from a qualified Hindu teacher they are undeniably partaking in Hindu practice/study, which is fine...denying it is Hinduism, then taught by spurious teachers to naive students is delusion.</description>
